Do archived Build Configurations count toward the license limit?
I'm using TeamCity Professional 5.1.2, and I was wondering wether or not archived projects' build configurations count toward the 20 build configuration limit?

Yes, archived configurations are counted too. So if you have 20 configurations and all of them are archived you can't create new configuration.
