Tray Notifier incorrectly reports broken builds

I am using build 13388 with Team City 5.1.1 (build 13398) and the notifer is displaying a red icon even though responsibilty has been taken for all broken builds. This has only started happening in the last 2 weeks or so.

I restarted the Team City server and that has not resolved the issue.

Is this some configuration issue? What can I try next?

Hello David,

Could you please check that Tray Notifier connect to the right TeamCity server? Also attach screenshot of Notification rules page for Windows Tray Notifier.

I am connecting to the correct server as we only have 1 server. The Tray notifier settings seems to be ok?
