Migrate/Restore Configuration

I need to move our TeamCity configuration to a new server.

I've seen the backup/restore instructions in the online documentation, but restoration requires a `maintainDb` utility which I either don't have or can't find. Suggestions?

Please take a look at documentation regarding how to move TeamCity installation to a new machine.
