temcity eap 6 forces artifacts download as an attachement

I'm trying to browse some html atifacts and even simple txt/html pages downloaded as an atachement. in recent version i was able to brose directly on the server. this is really annoing. Did i set something wrong to achieve such an owful behaviour?
