Permissions to view vcs roots

Hi,

I'd like to be able to have the ability to provide users the ability to view the vcs roots so they know what is being synced to the builds without having Edit Project role.  I'd like to give a the role Project Developer the ability to view vcs roots.  Can this be done as I feel this would be very helpful without opening up the permissions too much.
