Moving Configuration location

I installed the 6.0.1 server on a new machine and I took the default location for the configuration files which happens to be in the "Users" directory under my name (c:\users\JoeBlow\.BuildServer).  I really don't like it there because it is only available to me - what if someone else logs in.  Anyway I would like to move it to a more general/accessible directory like "c:\TeamCityConfig".   Is there a way to do this by hand without having to reinstall the TC server?
