Project Parameters not reflected in configuration
I have a configuration in a project (A) attached to a template in another project (B). The project variables in project A are reflected in the configuration at the time the configuration is attached to the template. This includes new variables and those that override values from the template. After that, any changes made to the project variables are not reflected in the configuration. Is this intentional?

Are system properties inherited from the project variables when a configuration is associated with a template? It does not appear to be the case.
Also, I can't manually set a system property in the configuration to the project parameter value. TeamCity says it saved, but the value will be the value from the template. I can set the system property any other value, just not the value from the project parameter. I can set the project parameter to a different value, then modify the configuration value, then reset the project parameter to the correct value.
