Error collecting changes for VCS root 'Onlife SSO' org.tmatesoft.svn.core.SVNException: svn: Address already in use: connect

We are starting to get this error on all of our teamcity projects.   These have been working for a long time.   Has anybody else seen this or is this another phantom error.

Recycling the Teamcity Build server makes this go away.

What version of TeamCity do you use?

Hi Pavel,   We have the following  Version 6.5.2 (build 17935).

Also when I recycle teamcity build server, the problem goes away.

Probably you've stumbled upon this issue: http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/TW-18285
Please try to upgrade to 6.5.4 version, we think that this issue is fixed there.
