Build relative date display

Is it anyway to configure TC to display an actual date instead of the relative date. (see attached)

Here is extract from customer email:...

"Is this configurable?  I would like to see the explicit date/time instead if so.  It’s telling me 9/27 is one week ago (mouse over and it has the date/time).  When doing bld monitoring, I copy my whole page and start editing.  The explicit date is more useful."
