Append teamcity in commit tag

We are migrating to TeamCity to help adopt pre-commit discipline in our group. One thing I was wondering was if it is possible to have TeamCity append some identifier in the commit comments, so I can distinguish between teamcity and non-teamcity commits?

We use svn hooks and if this was possible it would be an avenue to close out non-teamcity commits.
