Resource temporarily unavailable error

I'm getting this error sometimes in my builds on a Solaris 10 machine.

[exec] Execute failed: java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "rm": error=11, Resource temporarily unavailable

I am migrating from Cruise Control to TeamCity and the same Ant projects never failed with errors like these under Cruise Control. What can I do to fix the problem?
