Download speed from jetbrains.net

Hi,

I'm trying to download TeamCity-6.5.6.war to  have a play with it from  (http://download-ln.jetbrains.com/teamcity/TeamCity-6.5.6.war) but I  can't get anything over about 2kb/s.
The .war seems to be the only problematic file everything else get's high speed:
When downloading:

• http://download-ln.jetbrains.com/teamcity/TeamCity-6.5.6.exe I get 800kb/s
• http://download-ln.jetbrains.com/teamcity/TeamCity-6.5.6.tar.gz I also get 800kb/s

The server also doesn't report the size of the .war, the dowload window is saying "4MB of Unknown", where the others work fine.

Is anybody else experiancing such issues?
