Agent pool vs cloud agents
Hi all,
I haven't tried the 7.0 EAP builds yet, but read that agent pools will be introduced. How do they work together with cloud agents? Will it be possible to add registered VMWare images to an agent pool (if using the VMWare plugin)?

Integration of pools with cloud agents is still to test on our side, but the intent is that one can add a cloud agent (an agent definition to which actual agents are attached) to an agent pool. All actual agents from these cloud agents will be included in the pool then.
We would appreciate if you can try this in the latest EAP build and let us know if you find any issues.
If updating from EAP to final 7.0 supported? If this works I can try to update our server to the EAP version to test this out. I don't a test environment, but our server is not that business critical so updating to an EAP release would be possible

I've installed the latest EAP. It seems like the agent pool works just fine with cloud images. The cloud agents can be added to the pools and projects can be assigned.
Yes, upgrade between any two builds is technically possible, but
1) Rollback to previous version is not supported, so make a backup.
2) EAP builds are pre-release software - not all the features are completely finished and polished.
