Build Pin Notification

Thank you for your reply.  I will add this feature request to the issue tracker.

We would like this feature because we have numerous projects within TeamCity for our organization.  Many of those projects are used for shared components across product teams within our organization.  One team owns and manages the shared components while several other teams consume these components.  When one of the shared components is released, we pin the build.  We would like the notification so that the others that use these components will get notified when the build is pinned.  Does this make sense?

Has there been any progress on this issue? This would be a major use case for us! Also, is it possible for the build pin notification to include a changelog since the last pin?

Yes, I seems the issue has not been created, and I totally forgot about it.
Could you please file it now (http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/) and explain why you need it.
Chances are this feature will be implemented in next versions.
