Delayed commit + VisualStudio + ClearCase

Dear JetBrains community,

I'm looking into TeamCity as a replacement to CruiseControl framework we're using. One of the most tempting feature is Pre-Tested (delayed) commit, that can be very helpful in our multi site team. Is it already possible to use it in combination of VS2008+IBM ClearCase?

It looks like this combination is not supported out of the box, but maybe since then some plugins were developed?

I will appreciate any information about this, thank you!
