Send email to email address on failed build
Is there a way to in team city when a build fails instead of sending an email to someone who is signed up with a team city account to instead send it to an email address without creating an account linked to that email?

We have this feature request in TW-3737, please vote.
As workaround, you could crate a mailing list on your mail server, and register it as additional TeamCity account.
Also LDAP sync allows to import all your user accounts and create TeamCity accounts for them automatically.
Ya I know that you can set up the LDAP users automatically that is how I have it set up but it is a distribution list and not a specific account and there is no login for the distribution list
