Unable to add Builds to View

My Top Level Admin is suddenly unable to unhide certain projects.
Which means I can no longer administer them from that account.
I have a separate Admin account that does work - but this one seems to be having a problem.
version 7.0.3

Any ideas/suggestions?

There is Configure Visible Projects link in top-right corner of the page.
Do you see the hidden projects there?
