Zip compression of artifacts

It's taking a rather long time for the publishing of artifacts into a zip archive.  It appears that the archive is being compressed, but we don't really care if it is or not, we more care that the directory is just in one file.

I'm assuming if we turn off the compression part of the artifact archiving we'll see a speed increase.

Is it possible to turn of the compression of the zip archives?  If so, how do I do it?
