REST copy project and copyAllAssociatedSettings

Could you please elaberate on what exactly the  'copyAllAssociatedSettings' parameter does.

It seems to control copying of project templates as mentioned here http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/TW-20266 , but does it control anything else?

In terms of the GUI there is an explicit option to copy templates or not but also another option to copy project-associated user, agent and other settings - what exactly does other settings mean?  Is this avaiable through REST as well?
