TeamCity is cleaning out checkout directory everytime even when clean files is disabled

I have 5 build confgurations set, All have same VCS settings and having different checkout directories. Still teamciy is cleaning out everytime it runs a build. I have checked every possible option of its clean but couldnt figure out why it is doing so.Please guide.
