Environment in TeamCity

Hi Team,
I am tyring to migrate from thoughtworks go to teamcity but facing few issues before start :

- In go, we have environment where we can define the server [test, dev, prod, etc] and over there we can either build or deploy
            Do we have same concept in teamcity [i'm not able to find it]

- In go, we have parameters feild for every pipeline - do we have in teamcity

- How to create environment in teamcity - where we can have 2 things [build and deploy]

- What are the additional features that teamcity is offering compare to other CI tools.
