VCS Trigger doesn't work anymore after upgrading to TeamCity 8.1.2

Hi,

I just upgraded to TeamCity 8.1.2 from 7.1 and after that the build configuration with VCS trigger does not start automatically. What I have done so far (but none of them worked)

- Restart server and restart services.
- Delete the trigger rule and add it back.
- Backup the folder .BuildServer\system\pluginData\customDataStorage and delete everything under it.

I can see the pending changes on the UI and I can run it manually but it doesn't start automatically.

Hi,

Could you please post a screenshot of the build trigger configuration and also provide logs:

  • enable debug for the server (e.g. use "debug-all" preset from Administration/Diagnostics)
  • commit a change and wait for the build not starting for several times
  • attach teamcity-server.log and teamcity-vcs.log logs

Hi,
For some reason it is OK now. It only happened right after I upgraded the server. The first check-in after the upgrade was not started automatically. I had to trigger it manually. But the second check-in seemed to be fine and it's bee working correctly since then. I attached a screen shot for vcs trigger. The logs for that day have been removed. Thanks for your help.
