Does not support Chinese svn comment?

Hi all, I found TeamCity displays all Chinese svn comment as ??? in the overview page and email.
Is there any way to make it support unicode?

Hi,

Most probably it is the database related problem. Please try solutions suggested in the related doc section http://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/TCD8/Common+Problems#CommonProblems-Databasecharacterset%2Fcollationrelatedproblems.
