Viewing history of test failures (more than the last 120 hours)

I know you can view problematic tests over the last 120 hours, but how can you get a report over a longer period of time? We are continually trying to improve tests which occasionally fail for environmental or other reasons, and usually a 120 hour view is not sufficient to get a good picture of what the most problematic tests are.

Is there some way, either in the UI or via the API, to get a more historical view of problematic tests? If not, how can I submit a feature request? This would be hugely helpful for us!
