TC Agents using AWS EIP.

I run TC on AWS using the cloud agent to dynamically build agents.  My TC agents download gigs of data with each build.  I would like to add an EIP to each of my Agents, but I don't see a way to do this.  Is this possible?  Otherwise, I need large NAT servers when EIP is much faster.
