Compressing build log output files

I was wondering whether or not there was a way to have TC compress the hidden build log?

Our server just ran out of disk space because we had a series of builds that were failing and had extremely large build logs.  On the order of 180MB.  These compress down to 5-10mb.

And/or maybe there is a better way to solve this problem.
