No, there is no such functionality in TeamCity. Could you please elaborate on this? How do expect this report will look like and where it will be shown?
Like we see today the code coverage report I expect to see another top level in the hierarchy - Projects.
I dont mind seeing each code coverage class by class. Just a list of projects and the class / statement line coverage per project.

At the moment it is not possible to configure reports for multiple projects in TeamCity. Please feel free to create a feature request in our tracker.
