Roles gone missing in 9.1.4 Upgrade

We've upgraded to 9.1.4 over the week-end and all our roles have gone missing after the upgrade.  Consequently we get a Circular reference is detected between roles: Role [PROJECT_ADMIN] and Role [AGENT_MANAGER] error message on the portal.   Anybody else running into this issue?

We've downgraded to 9.1.3 and all the roles are back again.  Seems like an bug in 9.1.4

Thank you for the report. The issue in our tracker is: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/TW-43186, please watch it. Currently you can try the suggested workaround.
