Accessing popup message like the copy project popup

I have a plugin that runs, and I would like to be able to have a pop up message saying that it finished successfully, or if it doesn't finished to display the error  message. In keeping with the whole teamcity look and feel I was hoping we could get access to the standard pop up look and feel that you see when you click on the copy project link in the ui. I don't know if there is access to that in the api, but I couldn't seem to find it. If that is not accessible is there another way to display the message? Thanks in advance
