How to reference resources for Custom HTML report

Hi,

Just wondering what the best way of referencing external resources in a custom html build report that is used in a custom tab.  I can put the css inline but I need to find out how to reference my images and prototype.js.  I've added them in as artifacts but the html file still can't seem to reference them due to the way TeamCity handles artifacts/resources.
