Installation problem

I have the following exception when installing a build agent on Windows, both via WebStart and MSI:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -1
at jetbrains.buildServer.agentInstaller.HostNameCreator.getAgentName(HostNameCreator.java:29)
...
