VCS: DynDNS not working

I had the problem that TeamCity was unable to checkout the sources
anymore, after the IP of an host (a dyndns host) has changed. Restarting
TeamCity solves the problem.
Can anybody reproduce this?

I use cvs over ssh here. The host is something like foo.dyndns.org.
Whenever the ip changes, i get the error message that the VCS is not
available...
Restarting TeamCity solves the problem. So I think the IP address is
cached somewhere....
