Odd issue for web coverage reports

The web coverage report looks great, but I seem to be getting some odd character set issue. The full report looks fine, but any spaces in the output are converted to � . This shows up in the page source of the report, so it's not a browser issue. Anyone have any idea what magic setting I need to invoke to fix this?
