Alternative JDKs for Running TeamCity

Tim, we haven't tested TeamCity with non-Sun JDKs.
I don't think there will be problems to run simple Ant/Maven builds, and even Ipr builds with
corresponding setup of JDK in build configuration.
But I'm not sure this will work for Inspections builds.
