assign responsibility?

Hi all,

I assume this isn't currently possible, but I'd like to be able to assign responsibility to others for broken builds etc. Any reason this shouldn't be possible?

No, there is no reason. Feel free to submit JIRA request for this
enhancement. We are planning to improve this functionality and some of our
thoughts were about responsibility assignment.
