Pre-Test Commit leaves checkout files

Hi
I have the following:
TeamCity 3.1.1
VS 2005
Team Explorer 2005
Team Foundation Server 2008

When I run personal build with "Commit if successful" checked on, all works rigth.... BUT
When I see the Visual Studio Explorer I see my files checkout yet but in source control all files was checkin

is this the default behaviour?
how can i configure to checkin my files into visual studio too, when i run personal build?
