Eval almost over. Should I buy 3.x or wait for 4.x?

I have 10 days left to my evaluation of TeamCity Enterprise. I am ready to use the corp credit card but it looks like 4.0 may be ready soon?
What will be the upgrade policy if I buy TC 3 today?

Hello Vincent,

The upgrade from TeamCity 3.x to TeamCity 4.0 will be free.
