Upgrading teamcity 3.x to 4.0

Hello

We are running TC 3.1.2 with an enterprise server license, is this license key valid for 4.0 as well? Or do I need to request a new license key when we upgrade to 4.0?

Never mind, I just got word from teamcity support that a new license needs to be generate for 4.0
