MBUnit is a part of Gallio. Gallio contains task for NAnt.
Please use that task. Don't forget to include TeamCity plugin bundled with Gallio.

I saw the Gallio information although it's pretty light on documentation.
What plugins or assemblies do I place where? Can you give me some more information please?
