Can't compile with eclipse based dependencies

Does anybody managed to have an agent perform a compilation with an ipr referencing .iml with eclipse based dependencies (with a sidecar .eml file) ?
The build runs fine when using regular iml modules (not sidecar .eml)

My generated integrationBuild.xml doesn't contain any source.path references...

I'm using TC : 4.5.3

I guess you will need to submit a bug report to our tracker, I think such case is not currently supported.
