EAP 10455 - Git checking for changes hangs
I just upgraded from 10380 to 10455, removed the Git plugin from .BuildServer/plugins and now have the problem, that the server hangs when 'checking for changes'.
I have looked at the VCS settings, they are identical. I use ssh with default key functionality. When I try to "test connection" in the VCS setup dialog, I get the same hang.
I have enabled the debug logs in teamcity-server-log4j.xml but see nothing related to the operation in the logs.
Any ideas?

A bit more information. Connection to Gitub.com works fine, it's a private server with a git repository that fails.
Cloning the repository via the commandline tools works fine, so SSH keys, Server fingerprints etc. are all fine. TeamCity shows a timeout exception.
When we look at the SSH logs on the server, we see the successful connection from the TeamCity server... The timeout happens after that.
Any ideas?

Looks like we have alike issue filed: this issue. But the issue reproduces only occasionally...
Can you please take a thread dump?
