Getting modified files as artifacts

Hi,

Is it possible to get list of modified files after the build? Or even better - copy all modified files to the artifact folder?
Basically I have bunch of SQL files in my project. When the project is built, I'd like TeamCity to put all modified SQL files to the artifacts. Is this possible and if so - how this can be achived? Thanks.
