Configuring ldap authentication removes local admin account

Hi,

I setup a 5.1.3 server and had an admin account setup.  When I configured the server to use ldap for authentication the admin user no longer can login.  This puts the server in a state where no one has admin rights thus blocking you from doing any admin actions.  I'm sure there is a way to set a user who has logged in with their domain account by editing the database but that seems rather clunky.  Any help would be appreciated.
