Email with attachment or custom body - possible?

I have looked at how to customize the email notification using the cutom templates, but I haven't been able to figure out how to include an attachement or a custom body.
Our builds generate a full build report, and developers would like to see this information in the email as some check the build reports from devices that don't have access to the TeamCity server.
Is there any way to achieve this?
