svn+ssh connection problem

Hi. Cant figure out how to setup the connection with the svn that's working through secured connection:

svn+ssh://"my-user-name"/bla-bla  - url to repository taken from tortoise svn client

in the next two fields (user name & password) i've wrote "my-user-name" and my domain password.

Default config directory: default

Private key file path: "path to file with private key" that is used for auth tortoise svn client connection.

Private key file password: ??? - where can i find it?

Port : ssh port

And after testing the connection:

svn: Authentication required for 'vtutukin@svn+ssh://svn.armd.ru

Any suggestions?
