"Login failed." after restart
My Google skills seem to be failing me terribly.
I wanted to give TC a spin, downloaded and installed on a Windows box, created an admin account, hooked up to Bugzilla fine.
Ever since rebooting the machine, I get the following when attempting to log in:
Login failed. Incorrect username or password.
I've uninstalled and re-installed, now for the third time. After every reboot, no joy. Pretty sure I've got to be overlooking something.

I keep having this issue also. i have uninstalled and reinstalled. but cant seem to do anything cause i cant reset/know the admin password.
can someone please help.

Sorry for the problem. Unfortunately I cannot reproduce it yet, that makes troubleshooting a bit more complicated.
Could you please post <TeamCity>\logs\teamcity-server.log file.
Also, try to reset it as described in Changing user password with default authentication scheme.
What's the result? Does it persist after reboot?

I Uninstalled and removed the dir. im trying to reinstall after a reboot. atm. if they does not work I will try the link you posted, and then repost with the attached log.
I understand how inconvenient it in very beginning of product evaluation, but here we need your help to catch this issue.

This worked. I completely uninstalled, then removed the c:/teamcity dir and also went into the documents and settings and removed another dir associated with TC. then rebooted and reinstalled the trial. i allowed me to recreate a new admin account and im now able to create projects. I will keep you posted if I have the issue again, but I did 2 accounts and give them admin rights incase the master one gets messed up again. thanks.
