Looks like there is a ticket on this. I'd suggest you all vote for this as it is a complete downer because it basically makes this feature useless to us as we don't want to hide non-test build failures
We won't fix it in 6.5.2 since we still haven't found out a decent solution for this. We undestand this is a major problem, and will fix it ASAP.
testFailureIgnore in combination with the flag "Fail build if at least one test failed" turned ON can be a reasonable workaround if your forked tests don't crash JVM often.
