Actually, it does not violate the license terms. There are no restrictions for a number of independent server instances.

I've passed the feedback from those comments to our marketing team.

Can you explain that a little more? Are you saying there are no restrictions on the # of instances running on the _same_ server, or on any server at a customer?

Not sure I understand the difference.
Each instance has independent configuration, and it's own set of projects. Until each of the instances has less than 20 build configurations - that's fine for us.
We believe it does not worth the time spent on server maintenance tasks.
