Move project from one server to another?

I notice that I can copy a build configuration from one project to another. Is there a way to export a project then import to another TeamCity instance? I can do this in Hudson and ElectricCloud.

Unfortunately, so far this is not possible in TeamCity.
Here is an issue to watch/vote for: TW-4124. It also has a comment on manual action when you really need to do this.

BTW, can you please describe why would you want to do that?
