Notify build owner if build fails
Hello,
Is it possible in TeamCity to force notify the build owner if the build configuration fails, regardless of what notifications that user has setup for himself.

when you say build owner - is that the person that caused the build due to their changes or the person that triggered the build?

Ideally we'd like to be able to notify both, does it make any difference in TeamCity?
Notifications can be centrally setup for groups.
There is built-in All Users group, and you can enable notifications for Builds affected by my changes if The build fails.
Thanks for your reply, as an admin is there any way to setting up notification for users rather than relying on them to set it up correctly. Basically we want to make sure when someone submits a code change and it fails TeamCity definitely emails the person regardless of what notification settings the user has set up.

There is a way to set desault notification rules (for a user group), but no way to forse some notification rule if user has created overrides.
There is a related feature request. However, it seems to be of low priority so far.
